This panel discussion is not a debate. Diversity is not a debate. This is a learning session, during which our international experts will share their advice, personal stories and experiences. We hope the audience will feel inspired and ready to act.

Our host Joel Nettey, CEO Innova DDB Ghana and Senior Vice President (President-Elect) of IAA Global will talk to a panel of experts about what brands, companies and individuals need to be doing to address the D&I agenda. Who is doing well? Who can we learn from?
